Bell's former
foster dad reports:
When I went
to the vet office to inquire about their recommendation for a dental
specialist for Sky I was lucky that Terry was the vet on duty and
he had Lass with him. Lass is
now "Bell" and wears a bell. She has found out that chasing
rabbits in the park near her new home is GREAT fun and so she got
a bell so that she can be tracked. She apparently never goes far
but it very diligent tracking the rabbits, sometimes 15 mins at
a time... Also likes the seagulls, it seems, but they are harder
to track!
She is doing
great, looks perfect and has won the heart of Terry in no time.
She also has
bonded closely to his girlfriend and her daughter. Terry asked about
starting agility with her so we might have a star in the making.
She goes for a morning walk of over an hour every morning, then
often has playtime at the vet's office with the assitant's dog.
When I met her today, she was so tired that after greeting me with
kisses she demanded to go back in the car and sleep! That is a happy
beginning if I ever saw one.
